DropMyBoxes is a service operated by Source-i, LLC (our parent company). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. Name, email, address/unit, and subscription/payment details (processed by Stripe). We also store basic service metadata (pickup notes).
How we use information. To provide pickups, manage subscriptions, send confirmations, and support you.
Processors. We use Stripe for payments and Google (Apps Script/Sheets) for form handling and operations.
Retention. We keep records as required for operations, accounting, and legal compliance.
Your choices. You can request access/deletion of your non-payment data by emailing kingchris51490@gmail.com. Payment data is controlled by Stripe per their policies.
