These Terms govern your subscription to DropMyBoxes, operated by Source-i, LLC (our parent company).
Service. We collect and remove cardboard boxes on scheduled pickup days. Please place boxes outside your door before the window.
Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Charges are processed by Stripe.
Cancellations. You can cancel via our customer portal or by emailing kingchris51490@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; prior charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Limitations. We don’t pick up hazardous materials or non-cardboard items unless explicitly agreed.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last month.
